As the appointed representative for West Yorkshire, I love getting out and about, building new business relationships and helping clients get the funding they need. What’s great about Commercial Expert is that we genuinely put clients at the heart of everything. I honestly believe that the customer service is unrivalled, and nobody treats clients better. One particular client story stands out as a testament to this. Her case was complex with lots of obstacles to overcome, but we finally completed after 18 months of hard work. I’m sure many brokers (and clients) would have given up much sooner, but as they say, where there’s a will, there’s a way. Luckily, not all cases are that complex, so I still have plenty of time to have fun and watch Wales win at rugby!
